What Are the Minimum Requirements for a Non-Recourse Loan?

Up to 15% of the loan amount may be required in the self-directed IRA or other retirement account as liquidity for reserves after closing.” Maximum LTV 70%

The net operating income (NOI) of the investment property must exceed the debt payments by a minimum of 25%.
